SWIFT™ Smart Energy Wireless Information Terminal

Our most advanced in-home display not only reads your energy consumption information directly from the smart meter, but also gives you all the power of the internet. The SWIFT™ is a full color touch screen display that is equipped with WiFi to talk to your wireless internet router, and uses chumby software to give you access to over 1,000 apps, including photo sharing, internet radio, social media, and many of the most popular internet services. The default app EnergyVUE™ shows you your energy information on a simple dial -- its like an energy speedometer for your home!
Using optional gateway software, the SWIFT™ can allow you to see your energy use on your smart phone, and to connect to online monitoring services from anywhere. And, as new smart appliances for your home become available, additional apps for the SWIFT™ will be released that will allow you to communicate with and control them.
The SWIFT™ uses our popular RAVEn™ USB adapter to communicate directly with the smart meter using ZigBee® wireless. The ZigBee® Smart Energy Certified RAVEn™ is included with every SWIFT™. Once you have registered the RAVEn™ with your utility, just plug it into the USB port on the back of the unit, and it will automatically connect to the smart meter. Then touch the "Energy Channel" icon on the screen, and you can watch your energy consumption as it happens!
Important! To use the RAVEn™ you must have a functioning ZigBee® smart meter installed that has been activated by your utility.
